One platform for your brokerage, not five.
Most brokerages pay separately for a CRM, transaction and document management, back-office commissions, agent websites and AI follow-up. Each has its own bill and login, and client data is split across them. MooseCRM Brokerage puts it in one system.
The usual brokerage stack
What you might be paying for separately today
Tool names are common examples. MooseCRM Brokerage includes or connects to each of these.
Agent CRM & lead routing
Often: kvCORE / BoldTrail, Lofty, Follow Up Boss
Every agent gets a CRM. Route leads to the right agent and set what each agent can see.
AI follow-up (email, SMS, calls)
Often: ISA services, drip-campaign tools
AI answers and follows up with every lead in their own language and books appointments for your agents.
Deals & compliance documents
Often: SkySlope, Lone Wolf Transactions
Track every deal with its parties and documents. AI reviews uploads and flags missing items like FINTRAC records and RECO forms. Syncs with SkySlope if you keep it.
Trust & commission back office
Often: Lone Wolf / Brokerwolf, Brokermint
Record trust deposits with monthly reconciliation, set commission splits and track agent payouts.
Agent websites with MLS listings
Often: IDX website providers
Each agent gets a website with MLS listings that sends new leads straight into the CRM.
Showing management
Often: BrokerBay
Keep using BrokerBay. MooseCRM imports your showings so they sit next to the client and the deal.

Common questions
Do we have to stop using SkySlope or BrokerBay?
No. MooseCRM syncs with SkySlope and imports BrokerBay showings, so you can keep them and still see everything next to the client and the deal. Or manage deals in MooseCRM directly.
Does it handle Canadian compliance like FINTRAC and RECO?
MooseCRM tracks the documents each deal needs, including FINTRAC records, Form 200, Form 810 and trade record sheets. AI reviews uploads and flags what is missing before the deal closes.
How many agents are included?
The Brokerage plan includes 15 users. You can add more at a per-user monthly price, shown on the pricing page.
Can agents keep their own contacts private?
Yes. You choose what each agent shares with the brokerage, for contacts, leads and form submissions.
