MooseCRM Affiliate Partner Program Agreement

1. Agreement Overview & Acceptance

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the MooseCRM Affiliate Partner Program ("Program"). By submitting an application, creating a partner account, or using your assigned referral link, you agree to be bound by all terms, commission policies, and conduct guidelines set forth herein.

2. Eligibility & Account Approval

The Program is open to software reviewers, technology bloggers, real estate coaches, digital agencies, and industry creators. MooseCRM reserves the right to review, reject, or suspend any application or account found to contain inaccurate information or violating ethical marketing practices.

3. Referral Tracking & 60-Day Cookie Window

• 60-Day Cookie Window: When a visitor clicks your unique referral link (e.g. moosecrm.com/?ref=code), an attribution cookie is stored for sixty (60) days.
• Last-Click Attribution: If a prospective customer clicks referral links from multiple partners prior to signing up, the most recent referring link prior to registration receives credit.
• Integrity & Self-Referral Policy: Affiliates may not earn commission on accounts they own, operate, or directly control ("Self-Referrals"). Self-referral transactions are strictly disqualified.

4. Commission Structure & Scope (25% Recurring Share)

As an approved MooseCRM Affiliate Partner, you earn recurring revenue on qualifying subscription plans:

5. Payout Terms & 30-Day Clearance Hold

• 30-Day Clearance Hold: To account for any trial cancellation or refund disputes, commissions remain in Pending status for thirty (30) days following the customer payment, after which they transition to Cleared status.
• Monthly Payment Schedule: Cleared balances meeting the minimum payout threshold are disbursed on a monthly schedule via PayPal or Wise.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum balance required to trigger a disbursement is $50.00 CAD. Unpaid balances below this threshold roll over into the subsequent billing cycle.

6. Ethical Marketing & Prohibited Practices

To maintain platform reputation and consumer trust, all partners must adhere to the following marketing standards:

• No Trademark / Brand Keyword Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on trademarked terms ("MooseCRM", "Moose CRM", "MooseCRM review", "MooseCRM discount") in paid search campaigns (PPC) without explicit written authorization.
• Zero Tolerance for SPAM: Unsolicited commercial email (SPAM), automated bot posting, and misleading forum spam are strictly prohibited.
• No Misleading Offers: Affiliates must not advertise fake discounts, non-existent coupon codes, or false claims regarding platform features.

7. Regulatory & Endorsement Disclosures (FTC Compliance)

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, Canadian Competition Bureau rules, and global advertising standards, affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose the presence of affiliate links and compensation relationships on any review, article, video, or recommendation.

8. Intellectual Property & Media Kit

MooseCRM grants affiliates a revocable, non-exclusive license to use official logos, badges, and high-resolution product screenshots strictly for the purpose of objective reviews and promotional content in accordance with our brand guidelines.

9. Agreement Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time upon written notice. Accounts found engaging in fraud, breach of marketing guidelines, or trademark misuse may be terminated immediately with forfeiture of accrued unpaid balances.
